How do I get started? Does Omni provide implementation services / help import my data into the system?
Getting started with Omni is easy! We have a dedicated team who walks you through the system and helps you customize it to the way fitting your organization. We also assist you with uploading employee data into the system and getting started. All implementation services are complimentary and free of charge. How long is a typical contract?
Most of our customers are on annual contracts. This generally gives our customers greater peace of mind, knowing that everything is settled without needing to worry about monthly payments.
We do have monthly contracts available if that is your preferred arrangement. Please contact our sales team for more information.
How many employees will I be charged for? Will terminated employees be charged?
We charge only for the number of active employee records stored in the Omni system. Terminated employees will not be charged – you can continue to store employee data even if they’ve left the company.
What if I add employees in the middle of a contract?
If you add users in the middle of the subscription period, you’ll be charged a prorated amount at the end of the month that covers the remaining subscription period.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Our payments are processed via Stripe.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Omni is a cloud-based software, meaning that our system runs natively in all major, modern browsers without requiring you to install anything on your computers or servers.
How does the free trial work? Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
You can start a 14-day free trial anytime and experience all features for free. No credit card is needed during this free trial period. At the end of the trial, you can enter your payment information to continue using our system.
What customer support do I get?
All subscriptions come with a dedicated Customer Success Manager who you can be easily reached by email, WhatsApp, or phone calls. Our response time is less than 30 minutes during normal business hours.
How secure is my employee data on Omni?
Your data security is our top priority. We use the AES-256 encryption standard (same as what banks use) to protect the transmission of data to our site. Our servers are located in physically secure, ISO 27001 certified data centers and we apply end-to-end encryption to ensure maximum protection to your employee data.
