People Intelligence Singapore Pte. Ltd. respects the privacy of users and visitors to its website. This Privacy Policy describes how People Intelligence Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Omni HR”, “Omni” “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, stores, uses and discloses data. It also describes your rights with respect to your data.

You are not legally required to provide us with any of your personal data, and may do so (or avoid doing so) at your own free will. If you do not wish to provide us with your personal data, or to have it processed by us or any of our services providers, please simply do not visit or interact with our Sites, nor use our Services. Administering your account (including when you subscribe and sign-up to any of our Services), evaluating and assessing the needs of your business to suggest suitable Services and respond to service requests, questions or concerns, enabling your transactions with other users when you use our Services, to prevent or respond to any misuse of our Services or Applications or any violations
We process your Personal Data for these purposes based on our legitimate interests or a third party’s legitimate interest to ensure we provide our Services in an effective, safe and efficient manner. Where we process your Personal Data for administering your account, or to the extent necessary to collect subscription fees, we do so for the purposes of our contract with you.
When you apply for an open position by either populating / filling the application form, by email or by hard copy and whether submitted directly by you or by a third-party recruitment agency on your behalf, we will use such data to evaluate you for any open positions.
Where we use your Personal Data for recruitment purposes, it will be in connection with us taking steps at your request to enter into a contract we may have with you or it is in our legitimate interest to use personal data in such a way to ensure that we can make the best recruitment decisions. We will not process any special (or sensitive) categories of Personal Data
We and our authorized Service Providers (defined below) maintain, store and process personal data in Singapore and other locations as reasonably necessary for the proper performance and delivery of our Services, or as may be required by applicable law.
Omni headquarters are in Singapore. While privacy laws vary between jurisdictions, Omni, its affiliates and Service Providers are each committed to protect personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, customary and reasonable industry standards, and such appropriate lawful mechanisms and contractual terms requiring adequate data protection, regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in the jurisdiction to which such data is transferred.
