Who is eligible to join TPC?
Professionals who work within the HR discipline. This includes but is not limited to: People Operations, Payroll Specialists, HRBP, Recruiters, and Employee Relations.
Can I refer a friend or colleague?

Why the application?

How long until I'm accepted?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling weekly basis.

Once you’re accepted, you will receive detailed instructions to guide you through your account setup.
Who's in charge?
TPC’s community managers are actively monitoring and participating in the community. They’re your primary contacts for any logistical questions or concerns. As this is a community, everyone is equally empowered (and encouraged) to contribute, ask, and answer questions!
