Workflow dashboard (new!)
The Workflow dashboard enables you to track employees’ Onboarding/ Offboarding workflow progress (if they have any tasks assigned) all in one page, rather than having to access each employee’s profile individually to view their assigned tasks.You get to see the percentage of tasks completed, as well as the exact number of tasks completed out of the total tasks assigned.You can also filter the data by the following:
- Progress status (Not Started - when none of the tasks is completed, In Progress - when at least 1 task is completed, Completed - when all tasks are completed)
- Start Date for Onboarding and Last day of work for Offboarding
- Department
- Position
- Location
You can also click on the specific employee’s row to be directed to their profile, only if you have the permissions to access their Onboarding/ Offboarding tab respectively.
Changes to Task Template
You can now reference “Today” for Send date and Due date of task, in addition to the existing custom date fields/ Start date/ Last day of work
Task template deletion is disabled in the system if you have existing tasks that are assigned and scheduled to be sent out, so you will not accidentally delete a task template that is meant to be sent out to users.
Offboarding Tasks - Last day of work pre-requisite in employee’s profile is no longer mandatory! You can now assign offboarding task to employees before last day of work is filled.
Import Holiday Calendar (new!)
Instead of creating your holiday calendar manually by inserting each holiday 1 by 1 into the system, you can now import holiday calendar with our updated holiday calendars (Powered by Calendarific), by just selecting the country you want to import holiday calendar for.
App store redesign (new!)
We will be including a carousel of images screenshot, and information of what benefits you can enjoy if you install each app, so you can have a quick and good introduction of each app before you decide to install.
Preset filter UI component
Similar to how filtering looks in Custom Reports, you would notice dropdown of employment status options is now converted to checkbox for selection. Time off Type filter also has radio button option.
Team Calendar + Time off on Profile
There is now an indicator of “Today” (purple circle on today’s date) in both the team calendar and time off calendar.You can also click on a specific date in your Profile’s time off calendar to directly request for time off.

This UI UX applies to Field selection in Info/Doc Template & Custom ReportIn Step 2 Select Fields of your info/doc template & in Custom Report fields selection:You can now click an area to expand/ collapse your accordion, which is much more convenient than having to look for the down arrow button to expand/ collapse the section.
- Increased profile header name widthPreviously, names were truncated because there is not enough width.
