How is Omni different from other HR software?

Omni HR is a truly all-in-one platform – we provide not only the basic functions like payroll, time off, and attendance, but also performance management, OKR, expense management, e-signature, and many more. Our system is built to be extremely flexible, scalable, and easy to use. You can create workflows and customize configurations directly within the system to fit your organization’s specific needs. What company size is Omni most suitable for?

Most of our customers are in the range of 50-800 employees. Given the flexible configurations in our system, we can support organizations upwards of 1,500 employees. Companies find Omni HR most helpful in providing them with a customizable solution that covers the end-to-end employee journey in a single platform.

We’re currently using another HR software, but I love the functions of Omni HR. How hard will it be to make the switch?

We understand how important it is to have a smooth transition. Therefore we have built a seamless experience for customer implementation. During a 2-4 week process, our team guides you through setting up your employee profiles, time off, payroll, expense, workflows and any other modules you may need for a seamless transition. At the end of the process, we will provide you with user guides and training to ensure you maximize the value of our platform. Need to get up and running sooner? Can I buy certain modules separately?

Yes! We provide a flexible pricing model and will charge only based on the modules you subscribe to. The Core platform starts at USD 3 per employee per month.

What level of customer support can I expect?

You will be assigned a dedicated account manager whom you can contact directly via email, WhatsApp, Slack, and Telegram. For most enquiries, we typically respond within same day business hours.

How do you ensure my data is secure?

Your data security is our top priority. We use the AES-256 encryption standard (same as what banks use) to protect the transmission of data to our site. Our servers are located in physically secure, ISO 27001 certified data centers and we apply end-to-end encryption to ensure maximum protection to your employee data.
